Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and bstar888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bstar888 website located at https://bstar888.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on bstar888, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and all applicable promotional terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

bstar888 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the bstar888 website, mobile interface, associated software, and all services offered at https://bstar888.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon completion of the bstar888 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered an account on bstar888 and is using the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using actual deposited funds held in the User's Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive granted by bstar888 to a Player's Account subject to applicable promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required of all Players prior to making a withdrawal, including submission of valid government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport.

• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player-protection features offered by bstar888, including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bstar888, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where bstar888 has expressly excluded access, or where participation would be unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or officer of bstar888, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on bstar888. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

All Users must complete the bstar888 registration process by providing accurate personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account.

bstar888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Players must successfully complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear, unaltered copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document no older than three months); and
• Where required, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered Touch'n Go eWallet or Maybank account matching the Account holder's name).

KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business hour during standard operating hours. bstar888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bstar888 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises against sharing access credentials with any third party. You must notify bstar888 support immediately at [email protected] (via plain text correspondence) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bstar888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT/BTC (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for individual promotions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. bstar888 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Funds deposited using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow): typically 5–30 minutes following approval.
• Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically 1–3 business hours following approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): typically 15–30 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

bstar888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend standard processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed where a Player's KYC verification is incomplete or where active wagering requirements remain outstanding on Bonus Funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

bstar888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• bstar888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a Player and in active use will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through irregular wagering patterns, bonus abuse, or collusion will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses for profit is prohibited.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bstar888 are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing wagers. General betting rules applicable across the platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bstar888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after confirmation, except where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on the part of the Platform.
• bstar888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at prices that are clearly eroneous (palpable errors), including incorrectly displayed odds resulting from technical or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the official ruling of the relevant sporting body or regulatory authority will be considered final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and may vary by sport, market, and account status. Limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• bstar888 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• All game outcomes within the live casino and slots sections are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived unfairness absent a verified technical malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bstar888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referal to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using bstar888 for any purpose relating to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or peer-to-peer formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses, exploiting technical glitches, or engaging in systematic bet-hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Unauthorised Software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bstar888 account on your behalf.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a legitimately processed deposit.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from bstar888 may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of bstar888.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bstar888, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform;
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside bstar888's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials;
• Any reliance placed by a Player on the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Platform;
• Any third-party action, including but not limited to payment processing delays caused by Malaysian bank or e-wallet providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bstar888's liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law, including any liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Account Suspension & Termination

bstar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Actions that bstar888 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from promotional balances will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances, net of any bonuses and promotional amounts, will be returned to the account holder following the completion of any required investigation and verification, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Amendments to Terms

bstar888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bstar888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bstar888 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the self-exclusion procedures described in Section 9.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bstar888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
